Focus on Building Relationships

If you have a small business, don’t get tricked into thinking that individual transactions are going to build a booming business.  Maybe if you are Proctor and Gamble or Unilever, you can avoid building relationships with your clients.  However, if you are a small business owner the relationship is what sets you apart from the other people that offer something similar to you.  Get to know the people that show an interest in you.
